Question

Hello,

I have a similar situation. Have you received any resololution to this issue? Our property in question is in pa. This property is paid in full (deeded to me and my brother) and I want to sell/relinquish my 1/2 share to my brother. My main questions are as follows:

1. How can I minimize the tax burden incurred on the both of us. For my share, say 100,000., are there any tax stategies that I can use?

2. What distritution stategy can we use for the 100k that I receive?

Please advise.

Thanks in advance for your guidance.
