Following my divorce, I decided to keep my home (in Colorado) and not sell; and my ex-wife signed a quit claim deed. However, she is still listed on the loan with my mortgage company. Will I need to refinance the house in just my name prior to selling or did my ex-wife give up all rights to the house by signing the quit claim deed?

You hold title without her so you do not need to refinance first before selling. You should have refinanced already though and taken her off the mortgage.
