What is the name of your state? FL
With right to surviorship, no quit claim deed, could the person that I am trying to get off the property take me to court and force me to buy them out? Would it be 50% of the property price when bought , or now with all the improvements? Thanks and Sorry for not spelling "Quit" the right way.

**A: what does your post have to do with a quit claim deed anyway?
