    Question


    In Indiana, when you sign a quitclaim on a property, is it legal to also have a contract which states that you must abide by certain rules?

    Yes although a separate contract is not as good as something like a Declaration of Restrictive Covenants signed by the Grantee and recorded on title to the property.
