What is the name of your state? Oregon I am preparing a quitclaim deed for my uncle. My intention is that when he dies it will go outside of the will to his two sons. I have named him (John Doe) as grantor and as grantee put: John Doe and Johnny Doe and Jack Doe, joint tenants with the right of survivorship and not as tenants in common. Is this correct?

If the QuitClaim deed is sign and filed then the property will be transfered at that time. If you want to go outside the will then he should add the others on the deed with the right of survorship.
