my ex has agrred to sign a quitclaim to the home that i am living in.Who is the grantor and who is the grantee.I am keeping the house and the note....HELP !!

You should have a real estate attorney review the documents. The Grantor is she and the Grantee is you although if you are currently on title you would also be the Grantor.
