quitclaim deed

What is the name of your state? MA
My husband signed a quitclaim deed to his brother. He wanted his brother to be just part of the deed, but he did not know that what he was signing was a transfer of property as his brother as the sole ower of the property. My husband still have a mortgage to pay, and his brother did not want to pay the mortgage, What can we do? Please, I need some advise to fix the problem. very urgent

Go see a lawyer immediately and this time, get it done right!
I hope the brother realized the error and is willing to correct it.
I hope the bank doesn't notice the change of owners, triggering a "due on sale" clause.
