Quitclaim deed in Florida,grantor deceased

Florida- I am the successor trustee of my late mothers will. She had a 1 week vacation timeshare(florida) in the trust.My two sisters and I are the new owners.How do I go about getting a new deed with our names on it as the new owners? I have heard about Quitclaim being the easiest but who signs as the Grantor,my Mother(Grantor) being deceased. How do I get forms for grantor to three new owners as joint tenants with right of survivorship?Also what documentation is needed to send to the clerk of the Court?
