Quitclaim Estate Property

What is the name of your state? Florida
I am the Executor to my mothers Estate which is located in Virginia. My father died before her and left all to her. I have property in Florida, in my fathers name, assessed at $600, that I would like to quitclaim to one of the beneficiaries - all beneficiaries are okay with this action. Can I do this, wothout probating in Florida? How and where do I 'file' it? THANKS

Quuitclaim Estate Property

Florida
I was not required to probate my fathers will/Estate as they died within 6 months of each other - except to sell a poperty in Virginia, at which time the Virginia property and this property in Fla were the only remaining assets (Virginia was not interested in the Fla property).
