Minnesota, I was wondering what are the specifics (the dos and don'ts) for raffling off my building. I wuld give 3% of proceeds to my church. Can you please tell me how to proceed. Thank you, Frank :)

You must be licensed by the state to conduct a raffle, and to be such you pretty much need to be a charity (or similar type organization). Throwing 3% of your profits in isn't going to cut it.
