Can I legally sell tickets to raffle off my house? What if I donate half of the proceeds after all leins are paid? Is this doable???

Illegal.

Ohio only permits raffles if they are conducted by a charity with a license to conduct such. They are strictly regulated as to what the proceeds of the raffle money can be used for and getting your butt out of debt isn't one of them either.
