virginia
Buying a new home, under construction, signed a lock agreement for a mortgage rate and points with builder; am i legally bounded to stay with this mortgage or am I free to obtain a mortgage else where?

If you paid for an extended rate and the fee was upfront, it may be nonrefundable.
