What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland

Hi, I own a house with my husband in Maryland...our deed was not set up with the Tenancy by the entireties (TE), which I would like to change. Do you simply rewrite the deed with the TE stipulations or do I need to see an real estate lawyer?

Thanks!

You should be able to do this yourself. Contact your county recorder's office, find out what they require to record a deed, and follow their instructions.
