I use to own a property in Brooklyn, NY. I sold the property about 3-4 years ago, but I still received violation notices from the environmental board. So I calleed and was told that my name is still listed as the property owner. I have paper work that proves that I sotl the property. What can I do to remove my name from the property ?

Do you have a copy of the recorded deed you signed?
