lady regrets selling

Question
I recently listed my home for sale in Nevada and received an offer which I accepted. The buyers are to rent for one month before close of esscrow,and are to move in next week. I have just discovered that my motivation to sell is based on a relationship full of lies. If I cancel the contract,what can the buyers legally do to me?

They can sue you for specifc performance and get a court order forcing you to sell.
