real estate

i have just gotten a divorce from my disabled husband, 18 months continous seperation. he has no guardian and lives in a nursing home. he cannot make decisions or sign forms on his own. i want to sell our house but there is no one to sign for him. can i sell this house and if so please tell me how. i live in arkansas

Contact an attorney as your ex needs to have a representative or someone with Power of Attorney. These issues should have been addressed in the divorce proceedings.
