Judgment

south carolina - I have a prior judgment filed at the local courthouse. Last month (nov 01) I finished paying off a lot. I am afraid to record my deed. Will this prior judgment be attached to my real property purchased after judgment entered? Thanks.

You still owe that judgement. When creditor finds out about your real propertyasset, he will slap lien on it to cloud your title. You also owe interest.
