real estate advertising

What is the name of your state? Arizona

I went to local home builder website they are offering homes for $1. thats right one dollar. Now obviously this a mistake however, can I hold them accountable to this price, it is on their website. I do remember about a year ago that united airlines offered a ridicoulous price for an airfare on their website and folks gobble it up. just a thought.

Thanks, Ginny
