Real Estate Assemblage – Contract

100 of us are under contract to sell to one buyer, and according to the presentation and contract, each unit owner is to be paid the same 300k each.

Subsequent to signing the contract, it has inadvertently come to my attention that some owners
(“holdouts”) are to receive an amount exceeding the 300k.

When questioning the buyer about the price difference, they assure that “each unit will close
for 300k”.

The question: How can the amount of 300k be confirmed?

You can ask your attorney for assistance...not a group of random strangers on the internet. Really, it's worth it for that amount of money.
