real estate deed

missouri--We purchased (paid in full) some land with a house from my in-laws. when the deed is changed from their name to ours, will we have to sign the deed also or just them? thanks for any info.

It depends on the protocol in your area. In the past only the Grantor signed but lately both Grantor and Grantee sign.
