In Florida- I have a tenant living in my townhouse. 6 months ago, I agreed to sell to her. I typed a brief statement of price and terms, and we both signed it. No money was exchanged, no formal contract was entered. Due to change in circumstances, I changed my mind and want to move back. Agreement is not notarized and was not signed by ex husband, who is co-owner of property. Can she force me to sell?

You would need to have the contract reviewed by an attorney in FL to see if it is valid and/or what rights you might have (if any).

On the surface though, it does appear that you might have a problem.
