| I live in Florida. Bought a home 11 months ago. have discovered what appears to be a poorly done remodel job by prior owner. Carport was enclosed to make an extra room - when it rains hard! it seaps in at floor level. I think prior owner was aware and failed to inform me. was a sunny bright day when home was inspected - thus inspector unaware. Do I have legal recourse? |
