Real Estate owenership between spouses

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

I am currently married and I would like to purchase real estate with my father, and my daughter.

Will my spouse be entitled to the rights of the property (s)?

If yes, under which circumstances if any can I accure property that my spouse would not be entitled to by law.
