Im in nj, I have been hearing alot about people wholesaling real estate. Basically selling the contracts. Just wondering , if you are finding a buyer for the homeowner without a brokers license isn't that against the law? I have heard that they just have to say they might be buying the property but then just dont. How are they doing this legally? Thanks in advance.
