reconveyanceWhat is the name of your state? California I lent money to my father-in-law secured by a note and deed of trust on his house. He just paid me off in full. What are the steps in reconveyance? Does it have to be notarized? What do we do with the note and deed of trust? Do we have to go through a title co. or do we send it directy to the County Recorder?
