What is the name of your state? TX. We bought a home that has obvious foundation issues and visual mortor repairs on the exterior of the home where the cracks have reappeared over the last 1 1/2 years that we have owned the house. It is my understanding that a law was passed in Texas that you have 2 years to seek out the seller for not disclosing foundation issues. Please advise? thanks!
