redemption of tax lein

Arizona

I have property that was delinqent on my taxes. I redeemed the back taxes. The company that bought the lein took me to court. I did'nt know that I had even been served. They served my ex-husband. They have a civil judgment on both my ex-husband and I. I have'nt been married to this guy for7years. He never told me of he summons. I live in Phoenix, and he lives in Tucson. How can they do that?

**A: call their attorney and ask him/her.
