The company I used to work for was forced to close due to foreclosure proceedings. A supplier from which I ordered materials prior to the company closing has not only granted liens to the property owner and my old company, but to me also. I have no interest in the company and was only an at-will employee. In fact the company still owes me my last paycheck. How do I remove the lien granted me?
