Remove a Name from Deed

What is the name of your state? Iowa

My biological father is in jail for a crime he committed. His wife at the time filed for divorce. In order to prevent a lien going against his house he put the house in my sisters and my name in the divorce decree without us knowing about it. (A lien is now currently on the house).

We want nothing to do with the house, we did not sign any papers to allow our names to be put on the house, and we want our names off! How can we get off this deed!
