Rental home - new flooring installed

Colorado - We own rental home - recently installed floor tile with tile purchased separately and professional installation paid for separately. Can we depreciate the tile and take the installation labor charge off as cost this year - if so, where would we show the labor charge on Schedule E?

If you consider it a repair rather than an improvement (which is probably the case) you can just deduct it as an expense. It just go on line 14.
