Rental PropertyWhat is the name of your state? California If a new home buyer buys a house on a residental street, have no intention of living in said home, can they rent out each room to separate parties, instead of one family? This would be like running a hotel - 3-4 different families living under one roof. We have enough "white trash" living in our neighborhood and don't need more aggrevation. |
