My brother built a house on my fathers 25 acres of land.
Brother and wife bought the house placed on land.
My father did NOT sign the land over to my brother, but allowed him to live there with his wife and child.
Brother has divorced his wife 2 years after moving in.
My father died of cancer 6 month before the divorce, and my step-mother has POA over the land.
Brother has moved out but, x-wife still lives in the house with child.
X-wife now getting married and new Fiance wants title to land.
What (if any) are her rights to this property, and what may we do to get her removed.
