responsibilities of Co-Owning Real estate

What is the name of your state?Ohio

I co-own my grandmother's house with my aunt who lives out of state. I had been living in the house for the past 3 years with my grandmother, who passed away a few months ago, and now I am there by myself. I intend to stay in the house and buy my aunt's share within the next 3-5 years. Since my grandmother's death, a couple of issues have arisen regarding the house: since I am the only person in the family living there, my aunt wants me to pay not just my half, but her half of the the maintenance, upkeep AND property taxes associated with the house. Herr plan is, that once I buy her out, she will deduct half of the expenses from the appreciated value of the house (excluding taxes, which she views as "a very reduced rent".

My questions are:
1. Does she have any legal basis to bring up the issue of rent, let alone charge me for it, in my own home?

2. If my aunt does not participate in paying for the expenses of owning real estate (lawn mowing, gutters, new furnace, property taxes), can she profit in the appreciation of the house?

3. Can she force me to sell the house?

PLEASE HELP!!!
