IF RESTRICTIONS ARE WRITTEN FOR A PARCEL OF LAND THAT DESCRIBES THAT PIECE OF LAND BUT IS LISTED TO A DEED FOR THE PIECE OF AJOINING PROPERTY WHICH HAS A SEPARTE DEED (BOTH PARCELS HAVE SEPARATE DEEDS AND WERE ORIGINALLY TOTALLY TWO SEPARATE OWNERS) AND THE PIECE OF LAND DESCRIBED IS ACQUIRED BY ANOTHER OWNER, ARE THE RESTRICTIONS VALID?(THIS NEW OWNERS LAND ISN'T THE DESCRIBED PARCEL IN THE DEED BUT IS THE PROPERTY THAT CONTAINS THE ELEMENTS THAT INVOLVE THE RESTRICTIONS.)
LEGALLY, WOULD YOU HAVE TO ABIDE TO THE RESTRICTIONS?

NEW BUSINESS OWNERS LEGAL ADVISER PRODUCED RESTRICTION AGREEMENT. THIS ERROR TRAVELED THROUGH TWO ATTORNEY'S HANDS AND WASN'T NOTICED UNTIL NEW OWNER FOUND THE DESCRIPENCY.
