Let's try this again. My parents gave me 5 acres of land 3 years ago. Without going into detail, can I give/return the land back to them.? What type of document would be used to accomplish this?

Do they want it back? If so, you construct a deed with you as grantor and them as grantees

If they don't want it back, then give it to somebody that wants it

As long as the detail is not that the land would be lost because of your financial situation (bankruptcy etc.) and that is why you try to give it back before anybody else can get it.
