What is the name of your state? Iowa
?? We are currently zoned IC Industrial conmmercial park with covenants--zoning request from new buyer of 80% of area to rezone 30% to residential and balance to office/professional. We have 3 acres with 20,000 sq ft office warehouse that will now be located across street from townhouses. Will this affect value? Is there anything I can do to stop it?

**A: confusing post. What new Buyer? Are you selling? And who is the zoing request directed at, you, the Seller, the municipal zoning department?

**A: contact your local zoning office and read the ordinances with respect to re-zoning and variances.
