What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia

My father wants to add his children to his deeded timeshare with "rights of survivorship". 1) Is there a special quit claim deed needed to add the children to the title with "rights of survivorship".

2) Also, the property is in SC and my family lives in Georgia. Can the quit claim deed be completed in Georgia and notarized and then filed in the SC courthouse? The Marriott Management (property management for timeshare) said that they need us to file the "deed" and then copy it and provide to them with paperwork they sent us.
