What is the name of your state? Connecticut

We own a right of way of a strip of land 33 feet that gives us access to the lake. We might have to go to court with this but we are not sure yet depending on our neighbor.

I was sitting on a small blanket on the 33 feet right of way enjoying the lake view when the neighbor came out and told me that I could not sit their and it is her property. Do I have rights to sit their if I have a right of way?

My Deed states the follwing.

Thanks

Carrie W
