Right of way

What is the name of your state? Alabama My question is: Property owner is landlocked. Wants 30 foot right of way through adjacent property owner's property. Do not live in city limits. What are my options being adjacent property owner? Do I have to give a right a way? If so, what is the legal limit on size of right of way? Can I receive payment for footage given in right of way? If so, what is dollar amount I can charge?

Why not try to be a nice neighbor and not haggle of things that really aren't that important?
