What is the name of your state? Ohio
Wolf Cemetery, Hocking County Ohio est. 1845 on private ground when wife died in May, husband died September and also buried there, Large family and large landholders, this cemetery that we own being part of holdings. Years later in about 1860-80 children in selling land had brains enough to protect this resting place and in the sale to whomever had a right of way taken in the property to use as a road, reg in Ho co. and can never be changed. Years pass and some family member sold the land around the cemetery to Wayne National Forest., they (family)also made a handshake deal at some point in time with Quaker State Oil to be able to use our Right of way to get into their oil field as long as they paid the upkeep on road ( large trucks). They sold out to another oil man who finally gave a $400. pittance and never a cent since . That was 4 years ago. We have 2 or 3 burials a year he visits 3 times a week and destroys the road. We have tried to get help from the forest to no avail. We can not afford the upkeep for the damages as our family is growing smaller . What if anything can we do??
Thanks
