I live in New York. One of my property lines has a 50 feet right of way which goes 25 feet each side of the center. There is an existing driveway down the right of way. This is for ingress and egress only according to the abstracts. Does the property owner at the end of the right of way where it stops have the right to cut or trim my trees along the right of way on my property side of the right of way and leave the debre. The tree or not affecting his ingress or egress of his property.
