What is the name of your state? NH
I live in a very rural area in NH. A huge dairy farm owns hay fields and a hired hand's house which are accessed by a right of way through my yard via my gravel driveway - 10 feet from my house. In recent years the farm equipment has become huge and fast. I'm unable to let my young son and my dog out for fear that they will be run over in their own front yard. The dust stirred up by this huge equipment speeding by has made it impossible for me to use my front porch. This farm owns another unused right of way to the property, which is less convenient for them to use. I have tried asking the drivers to slow down. Can I put in speed bumps? Do I have any rights?
