What is the name of your state? pennsylvania We purchased our property in the late 1970's our property has a deeded right of way that passes through a neighboring developement some how one of the residents of that developement purchased the road in the late 1990's and formed an association an began billing us for road maitenence.I dont see how they can purchase my right of way and charge me a fee with no cap on it according to the association they can put a lean against our property and charge us as much as they want this cant be right
