we have a road easement on our property that was apparently granted many many years before we bought the property. it used to be traveled, but now it just leads to a junk car lot adjoing the back of our property. i don't think that's been used since we've lived here. how can we have the easement removed? it's not neccesary for anyone to use it to get to their homes. we have highways on both sides of us now, so it's not like we don't have regular roads around here. the easement on our property was just an old gravel road. i have a neighbor telling me what i can and can't do on it. i want to fence it off. how do we have the easement removed?
