Who owns the private way and is there an easement on record in favor of the landowner realty trust?

I do not understand your answer. Are you saying that none of the 4 property owners that use the private way have an easement but actually own the private way? Explain "own to center of street" If a property owner only owns to the center of the street, how can the owner use the street without going on the neighbors street property?

Who owns the private way? Does the town, the 4 property owners and/or the Realty Trust have ownership? Are there any recorded easements or right-of-way on this private way?
