Roommate has new boyfriend for 2 weeks in apt.

My roommate who also happens to be my sister has had her new boyfriend spending the night every night for the last 2 weeks. She tells me oh he is going home tomorrow. But still he is here.

I want to charge him rent because the apartment is in my name. Her name is not on the rental agreement at all. She refuses.

Do I have any legal recourse in this matter?

Tell her they both pay rent or they both leave. Then evict her. Him you can call the cops on & have removed for tresspassing. Don't expect a very good Xmas present from either of them this year.
