What is the name of your state? NY

A second mortgage was obtained on a home using a forged power of attorney.
This second lien,I believe, is bogus.
Will those that hold the second note have any rights in obtaining the property,or will the title company be responsible.
The owership at this point is Tenents in common.

Forged my name, claimed I was in another state,obtained

**A: then hire an attorney and litigate on 2 separate actions:

1) civil case so that the Court issues an order to remove the second mortgage off title.

2) criminal case so that the perpetrator is nailed for forgery.

What are you waiting for?

I WILL crucify him...of that there is no doubt. I'm just waiting for the title company to take him to the ethics board.
As we all know, litigation is costly and time consuming.
