Can the government seize real estate belonging to three hiers,(with deed still still in the name of the deceased), when only one hier who was living in the home has committed a felony involving drug trafficting
I am in the process of purchasing the said property from the hiers,(my children), before the bank forecloses on the property. If I purchase the property, can the government still seize the property from me?

It does not matter who the owner of the property is. The Feds can in fact seize the property for the reason mentioned. If tenants are involved in manufacture and sale of drugs, the property can be seized even if the owner was not involved.
