sell for a friendI need to sell a primary residence for a friend who is now intubated in the hospital. I have Durable power of atty for medical only. He intended to sell before his illness and definitely wants to now. He cannot sign a document but his mind is perfectly clear, witnessed by several, daily. He can make a mark, our notary knows of his clear mind and communication skills. Is a mark on a specific PoA for his home enough? Jaye in California |

| My response: Yes, as long as his "mark" is notarized, and witnessed by at least two persons, at the time he signs. IAAL |
