We just sold our house to our neighbors daughter. We had the house inspected, the furnace was faulty and replaced. A sink in a bathroom was also replaced by us before the sale as requested by the buyer. Once they moved in they say they have found thousands of dollars of undisclosed repairs. My wife and I think we have been upfront and refused to make any repairs until they provide us with a list. They said forget it and said they were going to keep our swingset, which was listed in the contract as our property. It has been disheartening since the buyers father has been my neighbor for several years. How long of a period in Colorado do they have to sue us? I would like to resolve this without getting a lawyer involved but they will not talk to us. Is there somewhere on the web where I could get help in compsoing a letter? Thanks!
